How it works
Step 1
Give Us A Call
Give us a call, send us an email or make an appointment to meet with us. The initial meeting is where we talk more about your project vision and what you need us to help you with. Taking into account the site location, the basic needs and space requirements, the design direction, we are here to listen to your needs. This it the time to share your project vision with us, look at the space you want us to potentially design for you and to determine if we are a good fit to help you.
Step 2
Proposal & Discussion
After we gather all the information needed, we will send you a detailed transcript by email , where everything we discussed in the initial meeting is in writing, this will help you revert to make any changes during the preliminary plans for your design based on our initial discussion.
We will then let you know the next steps in the process, the timeline, along with our rough design, colour scheme's and discussing your budget for the production.
If agreeable, we can move forward to start our designing.
Step 3
Design Concept & Approval
The concept design stage is where we get into details, we will create the design according to the our initial discussion's and we will have a lot more discussions with you on the look, the feel, functionality. As we get more into the design you will start to see your vision come alive, with your feedback's will implement that into our designing as we move forward.
For commercials, we usually take into account the branding guidelines and implement them into the architectural and interior design.
Ones everything is final, we then move on to the design approval and then the production proposal, which will consist of the payment terms and working contract.
Step 4
Production and Fun
Ones the first payment is made then things will start to move.
Since we handle everything from the designing, the production, the contracting, the sourcing and we supervise our own project's, the next step is where the magic starts to happen and you see your vision come alive.
We will start manufacturing the furniture, sourcing the fabrics and begin the installation work.
We will start working everything within the timeline that we set for you.
