Our Story
Our company initially started as a small business owned home industry in 2010, we manufacturing our own furniture, concepting, decorating and refurbishing apartments and homes.

Finally, being bold , we officially founded our company called “The Padi Interior Design & Company” at the end of 2015, dedicating our company name and inspired by our personal philosophy, perspective and objectives in life, “ Growth, sustainability and the gotong royong attitude” of the farmers and paddy fields of Indonesia and the Balinese life saying “ Tri Hita Karana”.
We are a family owned business with roots from England, Java, Sumatra and Bali influencing a lot of our design and concepts.
Our design ideas and concepts are diverse and each of us as bring our own ideas to the designers have our own unique styles with each a conservative yet fun touch to each design and concept that we create.
Believing in sustainability, focused on improving people’s wellbeing in their everyday home and everyday lives, aiming to raise awareness towards a greater balance between mind , soul and space.
Our work is also inspired by our clients, their History, their Experience and most importantly their Vision. We care about our client’s just like they are part of our family, we aim to make our clients vision come true the best we can.
